Comedian Saka, Rejects Government Appointment From President Jonathan?

Now is this a big joke or what? The MTN ambassador claims to have turned down a offer from the
president to make him a minister. i don't know how true this is but what i know is that Saka is a comedian and this could all be a big joke.
