Fashek and Kora awards winner,Prince Wadada's newly established friendship which has been existing for months since Majek relocated to Nigeria has hit the rocks. The two Edo born Reggae musicians,we can confirm, are no longer best of friends. We learnt that the rain maker,Majek threw out Wadada from his newly rented four bedroom apartment in Gowon Estate,Egbeda Lagos.Majek,as we gathered had a few weeks ago become furious and threw out all Prince Wadada's belongings out of the room he allocated him in the apartment. The prisoner of conscience singer Majek also sacked Wadada's wife and kids from the house after which he put the room under lock and key.Sources say Majek was assisted in the action by his personal body guards and members of Oodua People's Congress(OPC) in the locality.Majek according to our source had told people who gathered to settle the matter that he had on many occasions caught Prince Wadada using his cell phone's video camera to record him, anytime that he is not in a good position. He is used to filming me whenever I am in my rest room or sleeping without my pants on and I have warned him many times, but he refused to listen, until I caught him doing same thing today Majek was quoted to have told the people. When we called Prince Wadada to confirm the story, his line went unanswered. But our further investigation reveals that the two began to live together sometime in the month of March this year, when Prince Wadada was forced out of a rented house he was living with his family, following a misunderstanding with his landlord. It would be recalled that the said apartment where Majek is currently occupying was rented for him by A+Global Entertainment, the management firm that he is currently signed on.

Stereoman accused of murder

Some of you might know him as Ekwe Sample; his song Ekwe was quite popular many years back. He was also once a Glo ambassador. Not much was heard from him for many years until news filtered into town that
he was arrested for the alleged murder of his baby mama, a lady called Rukayat Idris.Rukayat was found dead in her car under a bridge around the Mile 2-Badagry Express way sometime last month. A few days after her death, Rukayat's family members went to the police accusing Stereoman of killing her.Stereoman and Rukayat lived together with their daughter until last year when he ended their relationship and moved out of their home. While they were together, Stereoman was alleged to have battered Rukayat often; one of the things that led to their separation. But battery doesn't mean murder. Stereoman is denying having anything to do with the sudden and mysterious death of Rukayat. He is being held at the D4 section of State CID Panti, where he will be until an autopsy report is released.

If You Don't have Money, Use OPM!

Business? It is quite simple: use OPM (other people's money). Yes! Said Alexander Dumas.

Now if you are not wealthy, learn to read what is unwritten. In fact - rich or poor: read what is unwitten into every platitude, axiom, or self-motivator.

It is the lack of a satisfactory credit system within a country that keeps backward nations back. Whereas it is the credit system as practised in the United States that has developed such great wealth and good progress in this nation. It has been singularly American.

Now the person, corporation or nation that does not have credit - or does not use it for expansion and progress if they do have it - is missing an important number in the combination for success. Therefore take the advice of a wise and successful businessman like Benjamin Franklin.

'Remember that money is of the prolific, generating nature. Money can beget money, and its offspring can beget more,' and son on

Business; 7 Reasons Customers Quit

1. A typical hears from only 4 percent of its dissatisfied cutomers. The other 96 percent just quietly go away and 91 percent will never come back. That represents a serious financial loss for companies whose people don't know how to treat customers, and a tremendous gain to those that do.

2. A survey on "Why customers quit" found the following:

   - 3 percent move away
   - 5 percent developed other friendships
   - 9 percent leave for competitive reasons
   - 14 percent are dissatisfied with the product
   - 68 percent quit because of an attitude of indifference toward the customer by the owner, manager, or some employee.

3. A typical dissatisfied customer will tell eight to ten people about his problem. One in five will tell twenty. It takes twelve positive service incidents to make up for one negative incident.

4.  Seven out of ten complaining customers will do business with you again if you resolve the complaint in their favor. If you resolve it on the spot, 95 percent will do business with you again. On average, a satisfied complainer will tell five people about the problem and how it was satisfactorily resolved.

5. The average business spends six times more to attract new customers than it does to keep old ones. Yet customer loyalty is in most cases worth ten times the price of a single purchase.

6. Business having low service quality average only a 1 percent return on sale and lose market share at the rate of 2 percent per year. Businesses with high service quality average a 12 percent return on sales, gain market share at the rate of 16 percent per year, and charge significantly higher prices.

7. A typical corporation loses half of its customers every five years. Yet by increasing the yearly customer retention rate by as little as five percent, companies can increase their bottom line profits from 25 to 100 percent.
